We run meditation groups on a regular basis. These are ongoing groups running once a week. Meditation teacher training is also available. During the year we run meditation days and weekends which are designed for relaxation and peace and also for self development and self discovery.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>These workshops provide the opportunity to have a single day of meditation for your self, friends, family and share some time of healing and transformation through the art of creative visualization. There is no experience in meditation required because all that is required is you and your dedication to you with time and energy. You simply come along and you are guided through every aspect of this journey.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The atmosphere is created as is the time and space for you to visualize a journey, an experience of expansion into new realms and spaces. Some workshops are about the stillness of quiet contemplation and deep peace. Other experiences may involve active meditation such as open eyed or art meditation.
