At Open Hands one of our goals and beliefs is that by helping and supporting children/adolescents NOW and teaching them life skills, their lives can be made a lot easier.

Problems that are daunting for a child/adolescent can be rationalized by the child/adolescent by using processes to help support and nurture his/her growth.

Certificate in Working with Children

This certificate course has been designed to assist people who are working and or living with children.

The processes, ideas, games, meditations, group activities and expressive play have been created and designed as tools, creative gifts to use with children in a holistic way.

They have been created during many years of teaching children in Kindergartens and Primary education as a holistic counsellor & a children's personal development facilitator. But most importantly, from my love and devotion to children's well being - emotionally, spiritually, physically and mentally.

Advanced Certificate in Working with Children

By utilising existing skills, summarizing and using processes, it is the Counsellor's objective to support the client to a position of calmness in their life direction and to have a completion of the counseling process in the moment.

It is anticipated that, not only will there be life shifts and a greater understanding of your Self; you will gain valuable life skills. This is a “hands on” course designed to experience and practice the processes.

These days have been created to bring together all aspects of all three parts of the Holistic Children's Counselling training program to consolidate the tools, activities, processes, skills and holistic ways of being. To assist you in creating a truly holistic way of working with children.
